By accessing MistyWhispers.com or booking any event entertainment services offered by MistyWhispers Events (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by all applicable Australian laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our Services.
MistyWhispers provides themed offline event entertainment for private groups, corporate gatherings, charity evenings, celebrations, and other in-person occasions. All activities, including table games and casino-style fun, are for entertainment purposes only. No real-money gambling, wagering, or financial prizes are involved at any time.
To book an event, you must submit accurate details such as date, location, attendee count, and specific event preferences. All bookings must be confirmed in writing via email or our booking system.
A non-refundable deposit of 30 percent is required to secure your event date.
The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the scheduled event.
We accept bank transfers, major credit cards, and approved corporate accounts. All transactions are processed securely through trusted platforms.

If we must cancel due to circumstances beyond our control, you may choose a full refund or reschedule to a new date at no additional cost.
Clients must provide suitable access for setup 2 to 3 hours before the event start time.
Adequate space is required for all booked tables, dining setups, entertainment equipment, or add-on features.
Clients must ensure that adequate power outlets are available for lighting, sound, and equipment.
Clients must provide free or reimbursed parking for our team and equipment vehicles.
All entertainment provided by MistyWhispers is for fun and social engagement only. No monetary wagering is permitted. Our team follows responsible service guidelines, and where applicable, staff hold Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certifications for dining and beverage events.
MistyWhispers maintains comprehensive public liability insurance. We are not responsible for damage to the venue or injuries to guests unless caused by our negligence. Clients are responsible for guest conduct throughout the event.
All text, graphics, images, branding, and materials on MistyWhispers.com are the property of MistyWhispers Events and are protected under Australian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce or use any materials without written permission.
We may capture photographs or short video clips during events for promotional use. By booking with us, you consent to this usage. If you prefer not to appear in media, please notify us in writing before the event.
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or failure to fulfill obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, transport disruptions, or other force majeure events.
Clients must be of legal age in their region to make event bookings. Minors may attend events only with appropriate supervision and when suitable for the planned activities.
We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Changes will be communicated through our website or by email. Continued use of our Services indicates acceptance of updated terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Victoria.
