All activities, including table games and casino-style fun, are for entertainment purposes only. No real-money gambling, wagering, or financial prizes are involved at any time.

3. Booking and Payment

A non-refundable deposit of 30 percent is required to secure your event date.

The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the scheduled event.

6. Responsible Service

All entertainment provided by MistyWhispers is for fun and social engagement only. No monetary wagering is permitted. Our team follows responsible service guidelines, and where applicable, staff hold Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certifications for dining and beverage events.

7. Liability and Insurance

MistyWhispers maintains comprehensive public liability insurance. We are not responsible for damage to the venue or injuries to guests unless caused by our negligence. Clients are responsible for guest conduct throughout the event.

8. Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, images, branding, and materials on MistyWhispers.com are the property of MistyWhispers Events and are protected under Australian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce or use any materials without written permission.

9. Photography and Media

We may capture photographs or short video clips during events for promotional use. By booking with us, you consent to this usage. If you prefer not to appear in media, please notify us in writing before the event.

We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or failure to fulfill obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, transport disruptions, or other force majeure events.
